1. Initial Consultation

We offer a free initial consultation to assess your case. No fees are charged for this preliminary review. Any subsequent engagement for our recovery services will be subject to a signed agreement detailing the applicable fees and commissions.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Clients have the right to withdraw from their service agreement within 14 days of signing, provided that no significant work has been commenced on the case. If you choose to exercise this right, any retainer fees paid will be refunded, minus any administrative costs already incurred.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds of service fees (retainers) may be considered in the following circumstances:

  1. No Work Performed: If you request a cancellation before we have initiated any investigation or legal procedures.
  2. Material Error: If Bold Asset Consultancy Ltd fails to perform the services as described in the signed agreement.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  1. Work in Progress: Once we have commenced significant investigation, documentation, or legal outreach regarding your case.
  2. Successful Recovery: If the funds or a portion thereof have been successfully recovered through our intervention.
  3. Client Non-Cooperation: If the recovery process fails due to the client providing false information, withholding necessary documents, or failing to communicate with our team.
  4. Change of Mind: After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

5. Success Fees

Success fees or commissions are only payable upon the successful recovery of funds. These fees are generally non-refundable as they represent a percentage of the actual assets returned to the client.

6. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact your account manager or email our support team at support@boldassetrecovery.com. Your request must include:

  • Your full name and case reference number.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documentation.

All requests will be reviewed by our compliance department within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
